Healthcare
A hospital building of about 105,000 sq ft at Borpadale, Kolhapur. Longer spans for wards and operation theatres, heavier floor loads for equipment, floor heights that leave room for services, and construction phased around a working campus.
Education
College buildings of about 52,000 and 36,000 sq ft and two hostels. Regular column grids, economical beam and slab framing, and larger spans where lecture halls and dining halls need them.
Hospitality
A hotel of about 85,000 sq ft at Hubballi. Parking and public floors below, guest rooms above, a transfer level between the two grids, and close coordination with the services consultants.
Industrial
An industrial building of about 75,000 sq ft at Five Star MIDC, Kagal. Wide bays, heavy floor loads and foundations for plant, designed so the building can be extended later.
Commercial
A basement plus ground plus five commercial tower in Kolhapur, commercial buildings at Ichalkaranji and Kodoli, and a two basement plus ground plus nine building at Kudal at proposal stage. Basement retaining walls, parking grids and shop floors that stay flexible.
Residential
Ground plus six and ground plus seven towers in Kolhapur and Malvan, a four building housing scheme at Kankavali, and individual houses. Shear walls where the height needs them, ductile detailing for earthquake, and framing that keeps the apartments free of awkward beams.
